“It’s fantastic. It is a game-changer for us. We’ve been wanting this to happen,” DeLorean CEO Stephen Wynne said. The Humble, Texas based company will be able to build the replica under a low-volume manufacturing bill approved by the US federal government. Wynne estimates that the company has enough supplies to build 300 DoLoreans in the near future. So hence why you can imagine why the geek alert on this bit of news is at a code red.
If you’re on the market for one of these gems, you can buy a refurbished one for $45,000 to $55,000. In regards to a new one, buyers are looking at a price tag of around $100,000 depending on the engine type. Start saving because this baby will be worth it.
